Is the Eureka moment something you have ever experienced in your life? The eureka effect is also known as the 'Aha' moment, and it refers to the human experience of suddenly understanding a previously tricky problem or concept. It is also when something suddenly works for you. It is when you see the solution to a problem. Something is beginning to make sense, and you can see clearly. Once you were blind, but not this time around. The roadmap is clear. You now know the obstacles on your way and how to navigate through.

I experience the Eureka moment, every day because I am always in search of improvement. My company is an agile organisation and our framework, my framework, what I have been using for almost twenty-years is a combination of Safe WAgile and Iterative and incremental release. We carry out various projects, but our products are never complete as we always find room to improve. We keep growing, developing, as we gain insight from customers' data. I have tested failure on many fronts and dimension. I have failed serially, but I am confident and proud to inform you that I am not a failure. I have a product mindset; hence I learn the lessons. I evaluate lessons learnt and continuously apply the insight from the learnt lessons in my next endeavour.

The "eureka" moment, or the "aha" experience, is the result of a pre-conscious process known as incubation. Incubation is a stage in which a thinker has temporarily set aside their attempts to solve a problem and turned to other thoughts. But behind the curtain of consciousness, the brain's many computers are always at work. Most of us have had the eureka experience from time to time – that flash of insight that suddenly explains something or shows us how to solve a problem. But how do you behave when things do not go according to plan? Do you react or respond? What is holding you back? What is stopping you from manifesting your potentials?

A staff that closely worked with me observed my discipline and dedication. She identified my not giving e up attitude as I research the answers to the problems. She was on fire. She promised me she would surpass my work rate. She worked hard, but she could not exceed my pace of work. She asked me a fundamental question. "Why are you not yet a millionaire? You have all the qualities and the mindset." I did not think of the answer; I just dished out the answer. "I believe I was waiting for you to join my team."

The character of my previous team was disappointing, and I take the blame. Incompetence means different things to different people, but generally, it denotes the inability to do a job to a satisfactory standard. These days we will try to help, and if nothing is forthcoming, then we go our separate ways. They understand we are in for business. They learn to appreciate any help and no longer see it as their right. It is not wrong to have empathy and compassion, but it is criminal to allow people to abuse your kindness.

From 2018 I started overhauling the team, and the exercise was completed in 2020. I have had at least four staff employed in 2020 and was released after they could not bring in their skill set. My response made the rest of the team bring in their complete skill set. Teamwork is the key to success. Irrespective of how big or small the organisation is, a capable team consisting of professionals who knows how to get the job done quickly and effectively is a necessity. You need the companionship of influential thinkers, with problems solving mindset. The best ideas are not born in isolation. You need collaborators. I have started spending more time in recruitment because I want a team that has the same passion so they can synchronise. Training is not an issue. First, I want them to have the mindset; then we can support them with the right training required for them to achieve their overall goals.

So, what is stopping you from manifesting your potential? You should examine your life and identify what is stopping you from manifesting your potentials. It could be that you are demonstrating your potentials, and yet not getting the required results. Are you still doing things in the same way but expecting a different result? I can keep going on asking you many questions you should be asking yourself. I believe you know all the answers. You know what to do, but you do not have the discipline to do it. The words you speak and the thoughts you think are so powerful. They create your reality.

I want you to live at your very best. Sometimes you need to take a break and examine your life and understand the quality of what you are putting inside of you. I want you to live your best life. I want you to be wildly wealthy, fabulously healthy, and bursting with love. And for you to do that, you must master that mean voice inside your head. You must be determined to succeed. You must take the pain to identify anything that is holding you back. Look for the root causes of the problem and deal with it.

One problem I had was chasing perfection. I want my websites to be in a certain way before I start using them. But these days, I have adopted the iterative and incremental approach. I start with the minimum shippable quality of the website so they can continue to work while I will be getting customer feedback to improve and increase the quality of our work. You must stop chasing perfection.

You are chasing perfect means that each new idea or challenge you encounter is immediately accompanied by a mental to-do list and obsessive analysis of how to get it just right. Instead of experiencing and accomplishing, you are stuck in indecisiveness about what you should achieve, what you should produce, what you should look like, act like, live like. Learn to focus on what you can get from your experience. When experiences are personal and meaningful, that is when they matter most.

You must take a leap of faith. Make it happen. Some people want it to happen; some hope for it to happen; others make it happen. Infuse your life with action. Do not wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your future. Make your hope. What are your desires? Submerge yourself in the energy of what you desire. Some people dream of success, while other people get up every morning and make it happen. Good things come to those who initiate. You cannot sit there and wait for others to give you that golden dream. You have got to get out there and make it happen for yourself.

Life is not about finding yourself; it is about creating yourself. You are the only one that has the power to make it happen. Today is going to rock because you have decided you are ready and willing to make it happen.

El Salvador's presidency released pictures showing the deported Venezuelans at the CECOT mega-prison

Lawyers for 252 Venezuelans deported by US President Donald Trump's administration and imprisoned in El Salvador for two months alleged Friday that
the migrants are victims of physical and emotional "torture."

A law firm hired by the Venezuelan government said that it had been unable
to visit the migrants in the mega-prison where they are locked up.

The lawyers are seeking "proof of life," but say they have come up against a wall of silence from President Nayib Bukele's administration and the Central American nation's justice system.

Grupo Ortega filed a habeas corpus petition with the Supreme Court on March 24 seeking an end to what it calls the "illegal detention" of the Venezuelans,
but is still waiting for a ruling.

"They are treating them like common criminals," lawyer Salvador Rios said,
after the migrants were shown dressed in prison clothing,
    shackled and with shaved heads.

"This is torture," both physical and psychological, Rios said in an interview with AFP.

The lawyers delivered a letter in early May to Bukele,
a key ally of Trump, requesting authorization to
visit the Venezuelans, but so far without success.

AFP sought a comment from the Salvadoran presidency about the case and the lawyers' efforts, but has not
    received a response.

Salvadoran Vice President Felix Ulloa told French
media outlet Le Grand Continent that his government merely provides
a "service that we could call prison accommodation."

    - Psychological damage -

El Salvador's Nayib Bukele (L) is a key ally of US President Donald Trump

Trump's administration has paid Bukele's government millions of dollars to
lock up migrants it says are criminals and gang members.

Trump invoked rarely used wartime legislation in March to fly migrants to El Salvador without any
court hearing, alleging they belonged to the Tren de Aragua gang, a charge that their families and lawyers deny.

The Venezuelans, as well as 36 deported Salvadoran migrants, are being held in a maximum security prison built by Bukele to house thousands of suspects arrested during his sweeping crackdown on street gangs.

Images of the Venezuelans entering the CECOT mega-prison in shackles
    illustrate the brutality, Rios said.

"The damage is not only physical, but also psychological," Rios said.

The United States alleged the deported Venezuelans belonged to
the Tren de Aragua gang, a charge that their families and lawyers deny

In their letter to Bukele, the lawyers sought permission to interview the prisoners, either in person or
virtually, which could serve as "proof of life."

They asked Bukele to release the list of the
252 Venezuelans, something that Washington has not done either.

One Salvadoran migrant who was initially incarcerated in CECOT -- but in April was moved
to a prison farm -- is Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a US resident deported due to what the
United States itself admitted was an administrative error.

A Venezuelan identified in US court documents as "Cristian" was also mistakenly expelled.

In both cases, US judges unsuccessfully asked the Trump
administration to facilitate their return to the United States.

    - 'Complete powerlessness' -

UN human rights chief Volker Turk said this week that the situation "raises serious concerns regarding a wide array of rights that are fundamental to both US and international law."

"Families we have spoken to have expressed a sense of complete powerlessness in the face of what has happened and their pain at seeing their relatives labelled and handled as violent criminals, even terrorists, without any court judgment as to validity of what is claimed against them," he said in a statement.

Isael Guerrero, another lawyer with Grupo Ortega,
described the detentions as "completely illegal" because the Venezuelans "are not being legally prosecuted in any court" in El Salvador.

Salvadoran demonstrators demand the release of imprisoned Venezuelan migrants

The firm's head, Jaime Ortega, said they are "100 percent migrants."

"Not a single one of them is being prosecuted" in the United States for their alleged membership of the Tren de Aragua
    gang, he said.

The fate of the Venezuelans now depends entirely on Bukele, as "the expulsion completely nullifies US jurisdiction," Ortega said.

In April, Bukele offered to trade the 252 Venezuelans for
an equal number of political prisoners held by President Nicolas Maduro's government.
