The Sure Word for Today

Creating a Vision Board.

Key Bible Verse:
“And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.”
— Habakkuk 2:2

The Affirmation
I write the vision with faith and clarity. God gives me wisdom to plan, focus, act, and run with purpose in every season.

Day 3: See With Faith
Vision must be seen with faith before it can be pursued with confidence. Natural sight focuses on what is missing, delayed, difficult, or uncertain. Faith sees beyond present limitations and trusts that God can guide the process, provide wisdom, and strengthen obedience. A vision board should not only show what you want. It should remind you of what you believe God can help you build.

Seeing with faith does not mean ignoring reality. It means refusing to let reality cancel obedience. You may not have all the resources, all the answers, or all the support yet. Still, faith helps you start with what you have. It helps you pray, plan, learn, prepare, and take the next wise step. Faith gives courage to the heart when the vision feels bigger than your current capacity.

Today, look at your vision through the lens of faith. Ask God to purify your motives, strengthen your courage, and open your understanding. Do not reduce your vision because of fear. Do not enlarge it because of pride. Let faith and wisdom work together. A God-honouring vision must be seen clearly, believed sincerely, and pursued faithfully.

Let Us Pray
Father, help me see with faith. Remove fear, doubt, and pride from my vision. Give me wisdom to plan well, courage to begin, and discipline to keep moving in the direction You have shown me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
